Yoga

Join Selena Awesome for this is restorative and empowering approach to a gentle, slow flow yoga class. Focus will be on the breath (Pranayama), flowing the breath through fun sequencing; in an inclusive, held space for all. Gentle Yoga is client-centered and will address the needs of those in the room.

This practice links breath to movement, incorporating active poses (yang) and restorative poses (yin). Encouraging rest and providing modifications to suit all bodies throughout the practice, this class will become a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, & fluidity in the body and mind. You’ll leave this class feeling both strong and rested.
 

Queer+ Yoga is every Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 PM.
